I ordered 4 nose rings in March i believe and it is now the end of May. Took weeks to get someone to answer my emails regarding my items not being shipped or delivered to me. After over a month they then finally reply and tell me that my order in no refundable, even though i never received the item and had the nerve to only offer store credit. Don't waste your money, this "family" business is a scam.
After waiting almost two months (which was understandable seeing as i live overseas from the store and covid) i received my package. When i opened it some belly rings were just shoved in lose while others in their brand packaging and others just in plastic bags. Most of these rings looked really poor quality (like costume jewellery) and when i opener some bags the belly rings were broken! This is one of those shopping experiences where just everything goes wrong. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Super irritated with their lack of professionalism. Also, if you're gonna offer 2-3 day shipping you better make sure it leaves your store in that time frame. I can handle if its a little late but I paid extra for that peace of mind and it still hasn't made it to the carrier facility. Thats not on USPS if it hasn't even made it to them. Will not be reordering from them ever again.
TLDR: They didn't send me part of my order and refused to refund my money.
Have ordered form these guys twice. The first time was okay, shipping took ages but I got my order and everything was there. The Second time I order though... I ordered 3 items. I got the notification that my order has shipped. I waited over a month for it to arrive, only to find that one of the items was not there, and a note inside that said that the item was unavailable, so instead I could use "store credit" to get something else. The only way I could use it was through emailing customer service with what I wanted. Prior to receiving my order there had been no communication that an item had not been available. I didn't want anything else so I emailed customer service asking for a refund, which they claim they do not do. Thankfully I paid with paypal so was able to open a dispute and got my money back. Will never order from these people again.
My order "was shipped" as they keep saying but it was never marked delivered and obviously never showed up but they want me to pay $5-$8 more for reshipment when the item doesn't even cost that much.
I have ordered from them 3 times and have always got my order! The shipping takes a while (I live in AUS) but that is NOT the fault of Body Candy. They have never got my order wrong.
ps. I never review things but the hate on this website is getting ridiculous
I called Customer service 20 times and still haven't gotten my package it will be 3 months now and just called today because I still haven't received it, lady hung up in my face, had terrible customer service DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, if I knew about this I would have wasted my little 21 dollars somewhere else. Terrible
In my experience, Body Candy has always been cheap and questionable quality; however, the variety is good and I couldn't find what I wanted at my normal place (BAF). I placed an order two weeks ago and it still has yet to be received by the post. Placed an order to Body Art Forms the exact same day and it was received within 7 days. You are lucky if you are seeing this - across the board on the internet this company has one of the worst reputations.
AVOID and save yourself my (and so many other people's) troubles.
Placed order in November. After repeated emails that said the item was getting ready to be shipped — they finally told me — 6 weeks later! —that one item was out of stock. Mid January one of the two items inally arrived. If I hadn't nagged I think they just would have ripped me off. They said they were putting a request through to another department for a refund, but somehow I doubt I'll ever see it.

I placed an order on 12/31/2020, I purchased 31 to 32 belly rings, I paid through PayPal, the moneys were sent to you on that day, I usually get an email within 24 hours of purchase, I have not received it as of yet, staff stated that they do not have the order that you received money for, I am asking for the email, please do not lose this order
I order an industrial earring for my boyfriend in a 14g and it came in and was too big to even try to get in. When I contacted them they said it only came in the one size and then would just send generic responses to review their return policy when I asked questions about if I should try any other sizes or if I could get a refund or exchange. Once they "solved" the problem they just didn't care anymore.
While i love them and have ordered many times. I understand they are backed up and short staffed due to the pandemic i was assured when i ordered i would get it in a timely manner. My order has been sitting in the warehouse since December 9th and they have yet to ship it. So now im gonna have to spend more money to replace these items as they are christmas gifts. Again i understand the issues at hand but to intentionally not ship it out this close to christmas is not ok. I hope this isnt going to be a common occurrence
I ordered two pregnancy belly rings, with 2 to 3 day shipping. Its been over 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten them so money was wasted for nothing. I will never shop here again!

Mine took 8 days including the weekend. Sometimes you can't track your order, call them if you're concerned.

Call them. Email responses take forever. Slow customer service.

They usually send them like a "regular mail" so the traking number may not work. Still if you send them a message trough facebook they will reply and try to help you. I had a really good experience with them. Hope you get your nose rings soon.

I haven't seen like card info stolen but they do take forever to ship, customer service sucks and if you package is lost you're screwed they give store credit no refunds at all.

You wont get your card stolen. But the jewelry is God awful. The pictures make it look nice, I agree. But you might not get your order or they won't send you want you purchased and try to make up for it by sending you something you dont want.
